Appointment of Ishaq Dar as deputy prime minister is not correct legally. <\/p>\n<p>He said Ishaq Dar was appointed deputy prime minister on April 28 through illegal notification. Therefore, court should order for taking action against the responsible persons. It has been requested in the petition that court should nullify the appointment  of Ishaq Dar as deputy prime minister.
