The petitioner through the petition has requested the court to order NAB to probe into Mega Wheat scandal. Prime Minister (PM) through principal secretary, former care taker PM, NAB and federal government have been made respondents in the petition. <\/p>\n<p>It has been said in the petition that during the first two months of PML-N government 7.78 lac metric tons wheat was imported. The committee constituted at government level cannot conduct transparent investigation  Government is itself part of wheat scandal. Investigations on merit are next to impossible. <\/p>\n<p>It was further said in the petition that application was given to NAB for investigation into mega wheat scandal but no action was taken . The petitioner has requested the court to order NAB to probe into mega wheat scandal.
