The case came up for hearing before judicial magistrate Sohaib Bilal Ranjha  Tuesday. The case was registered in police station Bahara Kahu.<\/p>\n<p>Ali Amin Gandapur and his counsel did not appear in the courtJunior lawyer said they cannot appear in the court being pre-occupied. Therefore the hearing be adjourned.
