General (Retd) Faiz Hameed for violating laws pertaining to retired servicemen by misrepresenting various events during media interviews after their retirement has been adjourned for indefinite period in Islamabad High Court (IHC). <\/p>\n<p>Hearing has been adjourned due to non availability of the counsel Raja Rizwan Abbasi.A single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Aamer Farooq took up for hearing Monday a petition filed by a citizen Atif Ali  seeking registration of case against  Gen(Retd) Bajwa and Lt Gen (Retd) Faiz Hameed. <\/p>\n<p>Barrister Umar Ejaz  Gillani appeared on  behalf of former  army chief  Gen (Retd)  Qamar Javed Bajwa. The petitioner prayed the court to adjourn the hearing . The  court was told that senior counsel  Raja Rizwan Abbasi is not present.<br \/>\nThe court  adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
