ISLAMABAD, March 25 (Online): Islamabad court while issuing production order in the matter of bail before arrest has ordered to present PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi on April 04.<\/p>\n

The matter of bail before arrest in respect of PTI founder Imran Khan in 6 cases and his wife Bushra Bibi in one case came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad Monday. <\/p>\n

Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the case. <\/p>\n

The attendance of Imran Khan could not be got marked through video link on Monday despite court’s orders. <\/p>\n

Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry and Muhammad Saeed Khan Sadozai counsel for PTI founder Imran Khan appeared in the court. <\/p>\n

Adiala jail authorities filed their reply and technical report in the court in connection with contempt of court notice. <\/p>\n

It was said in the report that the attendance of Imran Khan could not become possible through video link being computer SARWAR down. The matter of attendance through video link is pending in IHC. <\/p>\n

The court had issued contempt of court notice for not marking attendance of Imran Khan through video link. However superintendent Adiala jail could not appear despite court’s order. <\/p>\n

Upon it the court ordered to present Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi on April 4 besides adjourning the hearing of bail before arrest plea on April 04.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
