A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Mansoor AIi Shah took up the case for hearing Monday. <\/p>\n<p>The  counsel for the petitioners took the plea that registration law is not applicable to the institutions which have filed petitions. Further tax and extra tax is applicable to those institutions which don\u2019t get  them registered.  Our institutions are already paying GST. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked half tax  will   be paid and half will  not be  paid. It is strange thing.
