This order  was issued by Justice Babar Sattar of IHC during the hearing of miscellaneous petition of petitioner Amjid Farooq. <\/p>\n<p>Navid Malik  advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner. The court was told that they want to keep on record the alleged fake degree of MBA  issued by university of Sindh. A degree was issued in the name of Geeta Shankar on the roll number  which was written on the degree of Shoaib Khosa, Justice Babar Sattar inquired  you have got these papers from where. <\/p>\n<p>Navid Malik told the court we had applied for verification and documents were  given to us with great difficulty.<br \/>\n We seek record from university.
