The petition filed by Imran Riaz came up for hearing before a two members bench of LHC comprising Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry and Justice Wahid Khan Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p>Azhar Siddique advocate appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Justice Shehram Chaudhry remarked the five days remand has expired today.<br \/>\nThe court inquired should the petition be referred back to trial court. The 2-member bench while issuing notice to government on the petition sought the reply.
