LAHORE, March 05 (Online): Intra court appeal in the matter of exclusion of name of children of Farrah Shahzadi from passport Control list could not be heard in Lahore High Court (LHC).The cause list was cancelled being Justice Ali Baqar Najafi of LHC on leave. Now high court office will fix the next date.<\/p>\n

A division bench of LHC comprising Justice Ali Baqar Najafi and Justice Sultan Tanvir Ahmad was to hear the appeal plea filed by Faraz Iqbal and Iman Iqbal. The bench while issuing notice to federal government and interior ministry on appeal has sought reply from them.
\nThe petitioner has taken plea in the petition that single bench has not taken correct review of the facts. Name of children of Farrah Shahzadi are in passport control list. The children cannot be punished for the offence of their parents. <\/p>\n
