The court had sought report from government till 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing of the case Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani while moving to Additional Attorney General (AAG) Munawar Iqbal Duggal remarked give report till 11 a.m otherwise action will  be taken against IG and others.<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked  secretary cabinet should appear in the court along with fact finding report.<br \/>\nJustice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani inquired from AAG where is report. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked first fact finding will have been carried out  and not the lady was  kidnapped or what happened.  No one has seen report that fact finding commission did what. The report was not brought in the court and was placed directly before the cabinet. Call secretary cabinet to come up with report on Wednesday.<br \/>\nPrime minister  has also been summoned on Wednesday. Secretary cabinet should also come Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p>We will give decision in the presence of Prime Minister by seeing the report here. Work is not done by federal cabinet and we will get the work done here.
