The prices of medicines will increase after notification. <\/p>\n<p>It was further said in the petition  government is removing the section  of fixing prices of medicines  from drug act.  Care taker government does not  have these powers.  Democratic government is coming and this step can be taken only by it.<br \/>\nThe petitioner requested the present notification runs contrary to law and constitution.
