Summon notices  have been issue to the respondents.<br \/>\nIt is pertinent to mention here a citizen Ali Khan  had filed this petition in SC four days earlier. Federal government and Election Commission were made respondents in the petition.<br \/>\nThe petitioner has requested the court to nullify the elections held on February  8 besides stopping the process of government making as result of this election. <\/p>\n<p>It was further said in the petition order be issued for holding election afresh under the supervision of judiciary.
