We direct EC to decide the petitions of candidates as per law. <\/p>\n<p>Justice Ali Baqar Najafi  remarked is this petition maintainable because election process has  completed just now. Is the petitioner not bound to file petition with RO first . The first forum for filing petition is EC. <\/p>\n<p>The counsel Reehana Dar said we went to Returning officer with application.
