Terrorism Court (ATC) No 1 Rawalpindi has adjourned the hearing of Sheikh Rashid bail plea till February 6 without proceedings in a case registered against him in police station New Town under the charges of damage to state properties, attacks on police , siege and arson and violent demonstrations against arrest of PTI founder. <\/p>\n<p>The hearing has been adjourned till February 6. <\/p>\n<p>The hearing of bail plea of Sheikh Rashid will take place in Adiala Jail. <\/p>\n<p>Sardar Shehbaz Khan counsel for Sheikh Rashid appeared in the court.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecution raised objections on the bail application of Sheikh Rashid, former decisions, court&#8217;s orders and copies of  former orders of high court  were not attached. <\/p>\n<p>Upon it the hearing of the case was adjourned till February 6. <\/p>\n<p>It is pertinent to mention here Police had arrested Sheikh Rashid on February 16 from court room in  case registered  against him with reference to May 9 incidents following the dismissal of his interim bail. <\/p>\n<p>New Town police had registered case  against him on May 10  on the report of sub inspector Tariq Javed..<br \/>\nThe charges said that the role of Sheikh Rashid remained very uncivilized with reference to law and order situation on the occasion of May 9 incident. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI, February 03
