ISLAMABAD, Feb 03 (Online): A few days ago, a video of ace Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan made rounds on social media. In the video, the singer was found beating his student after one of his important bottles got missing from his collection. The singer; however, clarified about the bottle. He also apologized publicly for his unbearable act of beating his student mercilessly.<\/p>\n
After the viral video, a lot of celebrities expressed their sadness and shock on Rahat Fateh Ali Khan\u2019s behaviour. Recently, the ace calligraphy artist and former singer Rabi Pirzada has posted a video in which she has given her opinion on his inappropriate act.<\/p>\n
Talking about it, Rabi Pirzada said, \u201cI was watching Rahat Fateh Ali Khan\u2019s video for quite some time, I am a former singer, initially I didn\u2019t want to talk about it but my conscience didn\u2019t allow me to stay quiet. Let me tell you, these big singers hire such students for free, they barely pay them and promise them to teach music in return. If you pay them in crores for an event, they hardly pay them (students) a few bucks. You should take notice of this thing. You have just seen one video, there are a lot of low profile musicians who are being treated the same way. When madam Noor Jahan passed away, his musicians said, \u201ctoday, we have become orphans\u2019. But currently these singers are not like that, they are interested in their wages. She said after seeing Rahat Fateh Ali Khan\u2019s beating video, she was sure that his house help was working for free. She further said, \u201calso, you jumped from liquor bottle to the holy water bottle, you could have make some other excuse, you said it is a propaganda but you were the one who committed a mistake after which it all started.
