He stated sentence was awarded without recording the statement of the accused under 342.
\nHe held the witnesses of the accused were not called in cipher case. The signatures of PTI founder are not available on his statement under 342. The accused are awarded punishment without giving opportunity to them. The sentence will leave bad impact on national economy. <\/p>\n
He said that appeals be fixed for hearing before February 8. <\/p>\n
He held Maryam Nawaz too got vehicles from Toshakhana and sold them. No such case was made against her. <\/p>\n
