Care taker Punjab government, IT Punjab and others have been made respondents in the petition.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner has taken plea in  the petition that enhancement in driving license fees runs contrary to law.  The caretaker government is  not authorized to increase the prices by imposing additional taxes.
