PESHAWAR 16 Aug (Online): Two cops embraced martyrdom during firing on polio team in area of Tank in Khyber Pakhtun khawa on Tuesday.
According to police department, constable Pir Rehman and Nisaar were martyred in incident. Dead bodies have been shifted to hospitals.
Polio team was vaccinating in the area of Kot Azam, when armed persons attacked.
Police and security forces besieged the area and investigation has been initiated following collection of onsite evidences.
