Punjab would spend Rs400 billion on Universal Health Insurance Program

PINDI GHEB January 27 (Online): Provincial Minister for Revenue Col (retd) Malik Muhammad Anwar Khan has said that about 3 million families of Rawalpindi division will benefit from free medical facilities through New Pakistan National Health Card.

The issuance of health card for the people of Rawalpindi division is a good initiative of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government.

Revenue Minister said that the citizens of Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Attock and Chakwal districts would benefit from the facility of free treatment of Rs. 1 million per annum.
